The agreement between you and VeriPay covering how the service may be used, what each side is responsible for, and what happens when something goes wrong.

- Who can open an account
- Eligibility, the identity details required to register, and the circumstances in which an account may be refused or closed.
- How you use the service
- Acceptable use of VeriPay, and the behaviour that will result in an account being suspended or closed.
- Transfers, bill payments and deposits
- How instructions are treated once approved, what happens when a payment fails, and the limits that apply to an account.
- Fees
- How fees are presented before a transaction is approved, and how changes to them are communicated. Fee amounts are not published on this site at present.
- Freezing, suspension and closure
- The circumstances under which an account can be frozen, by you or by VeriPay, and how it is restored.
- Liability
- What VeriPay is and is not responsible for, and the limits of that responsibility.
